How do I install FeedbackStack?
Install from the Shopify App Store with one click. Then go to Online Store > Themes > Customize > App embeds and toggle FeedbackStack on.
Why isn't my survey showing on my store?
Make sure the survey status is set to "Active" and the app embed is enabled in your theme settings. Also check the targeting settings — if set to "after purchase", it will only show on the thank you page.
How do I create a survey?
Go to the Configure tab in the app, click "Create survey", choose a template or start from scratch, customise the questions and design, then publish.
Can I customise the survey widget?
Yes. You can change colours, border radius, shadow, animation, font, and position. The widget uses Shadow DOM so it won't conflict with your theme.
How does the "How did you hear about us?" survey work?
It shows after purchase and asks customers how they found your store. Responses are linked to their order so you can see which channels drive the most revenue.
What happens when I hit my response limit?
New responses will stop being recorded until the next billing cycle. Your existing data remains accessible. Upgrade your plan for more responses.
Can I export my data?
Yes. On the Starter plan and above, you can export all responses as a CSV file from the Responses page.
How do I change my plan?
Go to the Plans tab inside the app. Select a new plan and confirm. Shopify handles billing and proration automatically.
