Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes 1 active survey with up to 50 responses per month. No credit card required.
Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade from within the app. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing through Shopify.
What counts as a response?
A response is counted when a customer submits answers to your survey. Impressions (survey shown but not answered) don't count toward your limit.
Does it work with my theme?
FeedbackStack works with all Shopify Online Store 2.0 themes. The widget uses Shadow DOM so it won't conflict with your theme's styles.
How does post-purchase attribution work?
When a customer answers a survey and then makes a purchase, we link the response to their order using a tracking cookie. You can see which channels drive the most revenue.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your surveys and responses are retained, but viewing may be limited by your new plan's data retention period. Upgrade again to restore full access.
